Professional Accomplishments, honors, awards and patents:

Dr. Zhou Hua has published nearly 140 SCI articles and approximately 50 Chinese articles, and 13 books, been granted 33 international or China patents, and been awarded several prizes, including the Second Prize of National Science & Technology Progress Award of China, the First Prize of the Nature and Science Category of Ministry of Education Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards, and the First Prize of the Nature and Science Category of the Macao Science and Technology Award.

Major Research Interests:

Immunopharmacology, cardiovascular pharmacology, herbal pharmacology and pharmacokinetics, as well as gene and bioactivity-based quality research of Chinese medicines, drug research and development in Chinese medicines, and international standard research of Chinese medicines.
