Simon’s dedication to education and research in the fields of omics and pharmacology has leaded to over 300 scholarly articles, and 10 granted patents (5 in China, 3 in US, 1 in Europe and 1 in Japan). These articles include cover pieces and invited research articles published in journals such as Nature Genetics, Nature Communications (4), European Respiratory Journal, eLife, Nanoscale, ACS Appl Mater Interfaces (2), GigaScience (3), Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Drug Discovery Today, International Journal of Cardiology, Redox Biology (2), Free Radical Biology and Medicine (2), Chemical Communications, Acta Biomaterialia, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Frontiers in Molecular Neuroscience and the British Journal of Pharmacology (2).
